A delicious 3 ingredient vegan dark chocolate bark with pistachios and orange! This easy healthy bark has NO added oil and is ready in less than an hour!

Who else loves ALL the easy recipes? I am known for my love of freshly baked goods and I am always up for a challenge in the kitchen but sometimes, the mood just calls for an easy no bake recipe!

This 3 ingredient vegan dark chocolate bark with pistachios and orange is irresistible. The dark chocolate and salted pistachios are a match made in heaven and then topping it with orange zest? SO delicious. It’s like salty sweet gets an upgrade.

This is a super simple recipe, perfect for tiny little hands that insist on helping! It makes a great dessert/snack option any time of day, but it’s also perfect for an easy holiday dessert. For a more festive holiday spin, you could try using white chocolate as the base and then finishing the bark off with some red sprinkles!

I love this healthy vegan chocolate bark because its made with 3 ingredients, takes 5 minutes to make and contains no added oil or sweeteners! Just vegan dark chocolate chips, roasted and salted pistachios and orange zest.

How to Make 3 Ingredient Vegan Dark Chocolate Bark

Start by adding your dark chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Note: I have tried various brands of chocolate chips and my favorite brand is Enjoy Life. Especially for not adding oil to the bowl when melting! It melts so flawlessly.

Melt your dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring really well each time, until completely melted. Make sure to not heat it too much, usually 1:30 to 2 minutes does the trick!

Next, add your pistachios (I use roasted and salted for more flavor). Stir well until the pistachios are coated in chocolate.

Next, line a plate with parchment paper and pour the chocolate pistachio mixture onto the plate. Make sure to get all the chocolate out of the bowl. Use a spatula to spread the bark into an even layer. Then grab a small handful of pistachios, chop/crush them and sprinkle them on top of the bark.

Now grab your orange and zest away, my friends! Tip: don’t zest for too long in one place as you don’t want to zest the pith (the white part underneath the orange skin. It’s bitter!)

Put your bark in the fridge for about 45 minutes. Once it has hardened, use your hands to break the bark into smaller pieces. Keep this stored covered in the refrigerator. I hope you enjoy this 3 ingredient vegan dark chocolate bark with pistachios and orange!!

  • 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted pistachios, shelled plus an extra small handful, chopped, for topping
  • orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding your dark chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt your dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring really well each time, until melted completely. Make sure to not heat it too much, usually 1:30 to 2 minutes does the trick!
