When I decided to become a vegetarian 10 years ago, I found a true passion in cooking, baking and living a clean, wholesome lifestyle. Especially now, as a mama, I always want to ensure my daughter is eating clean healthy food and that my husband and myself are modeling ideal eating behaviors.
My focus is to provide recipes that are simple but packed with nutrients from whole foods and plants. All of my recipes are vegan. Most of them are gluten-free and oil-free, or can be adjusted to be! My recipes never include bleached and refined flours or heavily processed sugars.
