Instructions
Add all of the dry ingredients (almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon) to a mug and whisk very well.
Next, add all of your wet ingredients (maple syrup, peanut butter, milk and vanilla) to the mug and whisk very well.
Add in your chocolate chips and stir.
Microwave for about 1 minute and 15 seconds. I take mine out when it still looks a little underbaked as it will cook more as it cools. It is so important to watch this closely and not overbake as all microwaves vary. Mine is 1000W.
Cool for a few minutes, top with peanut butter, extra chocolate chips, a pinch of salt and devour!
