This vegan peanut butter and jelly smoothie requires only 5 simple ingredients, is ready in minutes and is such a delicious twist on the classic!

Who else can confidently say that they will never grow out of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?! The classic combo just doesn’t get old. PB & J sandwiches are constantly in the rotation at our house. Sometimes I’ll even eat peanut butter and jelly straight from the jar and right off the spoon.

Enough of me going on and on about how much I love PB & J, let’s get to this delicious vegan peanut butter and jelly smoothie recipe! It’s dairy free, contains NO added sugar and makes the perfect breakfast or lunch!

I often don’t think to share simple recipes like smoothies but then I remember how much I LOVE easy recipes like this one, so here we go! This smoothie requires only 5 ingredients, takes minutes to make and is packed with that classic PB & J flavor.

Ingredients in Vegan Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

Frozen Strawberries- Make sure to use frozen strawberries!

Frozen Bananas- same with the banana, make sure it’s frozen for extra creaminess!

Natural Peanut Butter- I found 2 tbsp to be the perfect amount but you can add more, if desired.

Plant-Based Milk- start with 1 cup and add more if you want a thinner consistency.

Vanilla Extract- just a small amount but it adds a really nice flavor.

To make, simply add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may want to add more or less milk depending on how thick or thin you want it.

Toppings for this Vegan Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

I highly recommend topping with extra strawberries and peanut butter to enhance that flavor! Chia seeds and hemp hearts are also great for toppings on smoothies but my FAVORITE topping for this smoothie by far is One Degree Organics Sprouted Oat O’s cereal. It adds such a yummy flavor and the PERFECT crunch factor!

Why I Love One Degree Organics

Not only is the Sprouted Oat O’s cereal super delicious (and not too sweet at all, which I love), but the ingredients are minimal and nutritious.

Featuring a clean, organic ingredient list, an abundance of protein and minimal sugar, One Degree’s line of delicious flakes, O’s, and rice crisps are a healthy reinvention of traditional cereal selections so you can continue to enjoy the classic foods you love, only better. The line is lightly sweetened with organic sweeteners – no high fructose corn syrup – and free from artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

Unlike conventional cereals currently on the market, all One Degree Organic products are certified as Glyphosate Residue Free and display the Bio-Checked Non Glyphosate Certified seal. As an organic brand, all products are always non-GMO, and verified by the Non-GMO Project.

My family and I absolutely love One Degree’s products! Click here for more information on where to buy and click here for a direct link to the Sprouted Oat O’s.
