1cupnatural peanut butteryou want this drippy and soft
1/3cuppure maple syrup
1 & 1/2tspvanilla extract
1/4tsp pink Himalayan salt + an extra big pinch my peanut butter is salted so adjust amount accordingly
1cupblanched almond flour
1/3cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Grab a medium bowl and add your peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Next, add your blanched almond flour and mix well with a spatula until you have a soft dough. Then, stir in your chocolate chips. Taste test and add additional salt if needed.
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll the dough into balls. Refrigerate the balls for about 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
Store covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 20 small balls.
