6 ingredient vegan peanut butter cookie dough balls! These are no bake, gluten-free, oil-free, easy to make and sweetened with maple syrup!
I have been loving the easy no bake treats lately, and I am pretty sure you all do too, so get ready for another one!
These vegan peanut butter cookie dough balls are so delicious! They are made with 6 simple ingredients, gluten-free, oil-free, no refined sugar (sweetened with pure maple syrup), made in one bowl, whole food plant based and so easy to make!
Soft, chewy, perfectly sweetened and loaded with peanut butter flavor (of course!) and have a nice crunch from the mini chocolate chips!
They also make for a great healthy grab and go snack option! Perfect for kids snacks or if you just need a quick afternoon treat.
Ingredients
Peanut Butter: I always use natural peanut butter with the only ingredients being peanuts and salt. Check to see if your peanut butter is salted (mine is). If not, adjust the salt in the recipe accordingly.
Pure Maple Syrup
Blanched Almond Flour: the almond flour keeps these vegan peanut butter cookie dough balls so soft and chewy and gives them the perfect texture!
Vanilla Extract
Pink Himalayan Salt
Mini Chocolate Chips
Substitutions
Peanut Butter: you can use any nut or seed butter in place of the peanut butter, just make sure its soft and somewhat drippy.
Pure Maple Syrup: feel free to use any other liquid sweetener.
Blanched Almond Flour: I haven’t tested these peanut butter balls out using another flour, but I would assume coconut flour would work as well.
If you plan to use another flour, add it slowly while mixing well. You may have to adjust the other ingredients accordingly until you achieve the right texture.
How to Make Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls
Making these healthy vegan peanut butter balls is so easy, requiring just one bowl!
Grab a medium bowl and add your peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Next, add your blanched almond flour and mix well with a spatula until you have a soft dough. Then, stir in your mini chocolate chips (I use these). Taste test and add additional salt, if needed.
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll the dough into balls. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for about 15-20 minutes and enjoy!

Made these today! So good. I used store brand peanut butter so to make it drippy I put it in the microwave for about a minute. I love these! Anything with peanut butter and chocolate is a win win for me!!

These peanut butter balls are out of this world! If you are a huge peanut butter lover like me, you need to make these! They are super easy to make, and really remind me of peanut butter fudge! Delicious!!
Thank you, Ashley! I appreciate your rating and comment!! 🙂
I like this recipe, thank you Ali. It’s hard to find an oil free recipe so this was a relief when I fond it. I made cashew flour and used it instead, and it worked out pretty well.
